The micro-region Goiânia is a by the IBGE (Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística ) for statistical purposes specified region in the Brazilian state of Goiás. It belongs to mesoregion Central Goiás and includes 17 municipalities.

- In the north of Anápolis ( Central Goiás)
- To the east of Pires do Rio (southern Goiás)
- In the south of the Meia Ponte ( South Goiás)
