Golden Film

The Golden movie ( nl.: Gouden film ) is a Dutch film prize, the Dutch films will be presented with more than 100,000 cinema -goers. The price of the film is representative accepted for the person in charge of director, producer and actor.

The award is an initiative of the Dutch Film Festival and the Netherlands Film Fund. This also give the Golden Calf. Until 1 January 2003, the award was already at 75,000 visitors. However, since many films reached that hurdle, the necessary Busucherzahl was increased to 100,000.

The Golden movie statue is a pulp and makes an impression of a film set dar. Each winning film is a statue ever gave to producers and the director.
