Gostaresh Foulad F.C.

Gostaresh Foolad is an Iranian football club based in Tabriz, East Azerbaijan.

History

The club was founded on March 1, 2008. The team played in the first season in the third Iranian league, but was immediately able to celebrate promotion to the Azadegan League. In the 2012/2013 season they rose up in the Iranian Pro League.

The team has played three times in the national Hazfi Cup (2009/2010, 2010/2011, 2011/2012 ). The greatest success was here in the finals in the season 2009/2010. It was defeated in the final Persepolis 4-1.
