Gray Matter Interactive Studios Inc., formerly operating under the name Xatrix Entertainment, was established in 1994, American developer of computer games, which bought out in 2002 by Activision and its employees in 2005 partially incorporated into the likewise acquired by Activision Company Treyarch.
