In the parliamentary elections on 12 April 1983 in Greenland were 26 seats in Inatsisartut or county council to occupy the Greenland Parliament. Previously there was only the Parliament of 21 MPs.

Result

The right-wing liberal party Atassut and the Social Democratic Siumut were strongest faction in Inatsisartut, followed by Inuit Ataqatigiit, who moved into parliament for the first time.
