Grete Reinwald
Grete Reinwald ( born May 25, 1902 in Stuttgart, † 4 May 1983; Munich) was a German film actress.
Life
The daughter of Otto Hofstukkateurs Reinwald danced in the children's ballet of the Berlin theater and stood with her sister Hanni Reinwald as a child model for postcards in front of the camera. During World War II she performed in Berlin at the Crystal Palace in Leipzig and at the Palace Theatre at the zoo. Together with her siblings Otto and Hanni 1913 she gave her film debut in A Midsummer Night's Dream in our time.
From 1919 she played in numerous silent films passionate women in love or faithful wives. She later worked as supporting actress in sound films with. Grete Reinwald was married to actor Fred Louis Lerch.
