Guitar Wolf

Guitar Wolf ( Japギター ウルフ) is a Japanese garage rock 'n' roll band that was founded in 1987 in Harajuku. As one of the few Japanese bands managed Guitar Wolf to market their music worldwide success, their albums were released in Australia, Europe, Japan and the United States. In their most active years they played up to two hundred concerts each year.

Band History

After guitarist Seiji and bassist Billy a long time worked together in Harajuku in various punk shops decided, they, in 1987, due to their similar musical tastes together a rock and roll band. 1991 came Toru added to the band and Guitar Wolf was in its final occupation. March 30, 2005 Billy Bass Wolf died at the age of 38, shortly after their North American tour of a heart attack. All other scheduled concerts were canceled by the surviving band members.
