Gulripsh

Gulripschi ( Abkhaz Гәылрыҧшь / Gwylrypsch, Russian Гулрыпш / Gulrypsch, georgian გულრიფში ) is a town in Abkhazia.

Gulripschi is located about 12 km southeast of the Abkhaz capital Sukhumi at the Sukhumi -Tbilisi highway and the main line of the Abkhazian railroad. A few kilometers south of the city, near the village of Dranda, the airport is located Sukhumi - Dranda, the main commercial airport Abkhazia. Gulripschi is the capital of the eponymous municipality Gulripschi. The economy of the city on the Black Sea is mainly geared towards tourism.
