Günter Thorhauer

Günter Thorhauer ( born November 8, 1931 in Magdeburg, † April 27, 2007 ) was a football player who was used in the first international match of the East German national team.

Thor Hauer's football career in high performance sport was of short duration. He first played in the youth teams of SG Eintracht Sudenburg in the Sports Association came up steel Magdeburg later, emerged from the 1965 1.FC Magdeburg. After 21 games for the BSG Stahl Magdeburg, on May 21, 1952 renamed BSG Motor Mitte Magdeburg, in the season 1951/52, in the second-rate DDR League, where he scored 12 goals, he was delegated to the sports community German People's Police Dresden.

Before he had a game for his new community denied he was summoned on 21 September 1952 in the national team of East Germany, which played their first official international match in Warsaw on Poland. By 1957, he came to Magdeburg still a total of 43 missions in the GDR League, where reach 15 goals him. Thorhauer is the DDR - selection player with the fewest league games at all.
