Haigang District

The municipality Haigang (海港 区, Haigang qu ) belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city Qinhuangdao (秦皇岛 市) in the Chinese province of Hebei. It has an area of 121 km ² and has about 510,000 inhabitants (2003 ).
