Hal Scardino

Albert Henry Hugh Scardino ( born December 25, 1984 in Savannah, Georgia, USA) is an American film actor.

Life and work

After a supporting role in the drama " The King's Game " (1993) Scardino has more than 500 competitors leave behind for the lead role of Omri in " The Indian in the Cupboard " (1995). His last film role to date was in Marvin's Room (1996). Later, Scardino very focused on his education. Since February 2005 he is a student at Columbia University.

Awards

Scardino was nominated in 1996 for his role in " The Indian in the Cupboard " for both the Young Artist Award as well as a Saturn Award. In 1997 he was the "Best Cast " nominated for his performance in " Marvin's Room " along with Meryl Streep, Leonardo DiCaprio, Diane Keaton, Robert De Niro, Hume Cronyn, Gwen Verdon and Dan Hedaya for the Screen Actors Guild Award in the category.
