Storhamar Dragons ( GET ligaen, since 1992)

History

The Nordlyshallen was opened in 1992 and is the home ground of the professional ice hockey team Storhamar Dragons from the GET ligaen.

The hall was originally built for the 1994 Winter Olympics. During the Winter Games were among other figure skating competitions held in the hall. In addition, the hall was one of the venues at the Ice Hockey World Championship for Men 1999.

In addition to sporting events in the Nordlyshallen also regularly hosts concerts.
