Han Tianyu

Han Tianyu (Chinese韩天宇, Pinyin Hán Tiānyǔ, born June 3, 1996, Liaoning ) is a Chinese Shorttracker.

At the Junior World Championships 2012 in Melbourne, he won the gold medal in the 1500m super final, as well as silver in the relay and over 500 meters and bronze in the all around. At the Junior World Championships 2013 in Warsaw, he won the gold in the 1000 and 1500 m, and the silver medal over 500 meters and in the all around. Han won the silver medal behind Charles Hamelin at the 2014 Winter Olympics in short track speed skating 1500m. He also won with the Chinese squadron over 5000 m behind the seasons from Russia and the United States the bronze medal. At the World Cup 2014 in Montreal, he won the silver medal again over 1500 meters behind Charles Hamelin.
