Hans Henninger

Hans Henninger ( born February 24, 1905 in Pforzheim, † May 15, 1937 in Berlin) was a German actor.

Life

His short film career began in 1931 at the Berlin Tobis. With constantly changing production companies Henninger came after 14 other films always insignificant in supporting roles. Henninger was homosexual and frequented the literary salon of Richard Schultz in Berlin- Charlottenburg, the room offered a degree of protection for homosexuals under the Nazis. When the Gestapo was still going to pick him up for questioning, Henninger went to suicide.
