Hans-Joachim Hannemann

Hans -Joachim Hannemann (* April 5, 1915; † 6 March 1989) was a German rower who won an Olympic bronze medal in 1936 with the eighth.

Fie, Loeckle, Hannemann and Schmidt had at the German Championships 1936 in second place in the four occupied next to the title in the aft without coxswain, 1937 reached the four rowers third place. After moving to Berlin, he belonged RC 1938 as the only member of the bronze rowing eight from 1936 to the boat, which won after winning the German Cup also at the helm European Championships in Milan. 1941 won Hannemann at the German Championships in the coxless pairs together with Helmut Baltrusch, both sat in the aft, which also won the German championship. Two more league titles won Hannemann 1944 at four with coxswain and 1947 in the coxless four.
