Harold Joseph Dimmerling

Harold Joseph dimmer Ling ( born September 23, 1914 in Braddock, Pennsylvania, USA; † 13 December 1987) was bishop of Rapid City.

Life

Harold Joseph dimmer Ling received on 2 May 1940, the sacrament of Holy Orders.

On September 11, 1969 Pope Paul VI appointed him. Bishop of Rapid City. The Bishop of Saint Cloud, George Henry Speltz, donated to him on 30 October of the same year, the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were Bishop Emeritus of Saint Cloud, Peter William Bartholome, and the emeritus bishop of Rapid City, William McCarty Tibertus CSsR.
