Harry Ellbracht

Harry Ellbracht (* September 13, 1953 in Kamen ) is a former German football player. He played 113 league games and scored a total of 29 goals as a striker.

Career

Ellbracht played in the youth team of SV Kamen. In 1975 he moved to VfL Bochum, for whom he scored four goals in 21 Bundesliga inserts. Nearly two years later, he came in October 1976 to 1 FC Saarbrücken, where he played 60 games 1976-1978 and scored 12 goals. 58 missions took place in the Bundesliga. Here he received from the audience whether his numerous missed chances nicknamed "stumbling - Harry ". From the summer of 1978 to November 1979, he played for Arminia Bielefeld in the Bundesliga and the 2nd Bundesliga Nord; he came to 26 missions in which he scored 6 goals. From December 1979 until the summer of 1981 he played for TSV 1860 Munich in the Bundesliga. There, he scored 4 goals in 14 games. In the seasons 1983/1984 and 1984/1985 he played in the Oberliga Westfalen for the SC Eintracht Hamm, among other things, together with Joseph Kaczor. In 1984, he was with Eintracht Heesen runners- Westphalia League and reached the final of the German amateur football championship, which was lost to Offenburger FV with 1:4 in Offenburg.
