Harry Steenbock ( born August 16, 1886 in Charlestown, Wisconsin, † December 25, 1967 in Madison, Wisconsin) was an American biochemist.

Steenbock was from 1920 professor at the University of Wisconsin- Madison.

He conducted research on fat-soluble vitamins, in particular vitamins A and D. In 1919 he discovered the relationship between the carotene content of foods and their biological action.
