Harvey's

Harvey's is a Canadian fast food restaurant chain whose branches focus mainly on Southern Ontario, the Greater Montreal and the urban areas of Alberta. It serves hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, onion rings and other traditional fast food dishes. Owner of the chain, Cara Operations. Harvey's is the second largest Canadian fast food restaurant after Tim Hortons and the fourth largest in Canada.

History

The first fast-food restaurant opened in 1959 in Richmond Hill. 1962 opened the first store in Toronto. In 1964, the number of stores grew to 27. The branches were in Toronto, Niagara Falls, Ottawa, Montreal, Hamilton and Buffalo. In 1970 it merged with Industrial Growth Limited leading to a reestablishment of the Food Corp. company. has led.
