HÃ¥vard Tvedten

Håvard Tvedten ( born June 19, 1978 in Flekkefjord, Norway) is a Norwegian handball player. Its body length is 1.83 m.

Tvedten, who plays for the Danish club Aalborg Håndbold and for the Norwegian men's national handball team ( shirt number 10) runs is usually used on the left wing.

Håvard Tvedten debuted for Stord IL in the second Norwegian league and entered with the men from the Hordaland later on in the first division. In 2002 he moved to the Danish first division club AaB Håndbold to Aalborg, where he remained four years. In 2006 he moved on to BM Ciudad de Logroño in the Spanish league ASOBAL. Starting in 2008, ran on Tvedten for BM Valladolid, with whom he won the 2009 European Cup Winners' Cup. Since the summer of 2011 Tvedten plays in the Danish first division club Aalborg Håndbold. With Aalborg in 2013, he won the championship. In December 2013 he extended his contract until 2016.

Håvard Tvedten has been disputed 208 caps for the Norwegian men's national handball team. His greatest successes were with Norway, seventh place at the World Championship in 2005 and the sixth place at the 2008 European Championship on home soil. At the World Cup 2011 Tvedten was chosen as the best left winger in the all-star team, although he finished only ninth place with his team.

For the charity Right to Play is Tvedten among other things, engaged in Palestine.
