Hawthorne (TV series)
Hawthorne (originally was planned as a Title Time Heals ) was an American medical drama series that ran on 16 June 2009 on the American television channel TNT for the first time. The series, each about 40 minutes long episodes was conceived by John Masius. The mostly written in capital letters RN on behalf of the series is for the English professional title " Registered Nurse ". The first season was released in Germany on 15 March 2010 on DVD, two days before the final episode was aired.
On September 2, 2011 TNT announced that series.
Action
Christina Hawthorne is the head nurse of Richmond Trinity Hospital. At the beginning of the first season, it is exactly a year since she lost her husband. At the beginning it is clear that her life is anything but simple. She has a daily basis with patients who are partially terrible happens, suffering from cancer, or no longer want to live. In addition, her late husband, who obviously can not stand Christina and her daughter who is trying to cope with the death of her father, and to be simultaneously grown, Christina's mother complicate everyday.

On September 14, 2010 TNT ordered a third season, which aired from 14 June to 16 August 2011.
German-speaking
In Germany ProSieben sent the first season of Hawthorne from 13 January to March 17, 2010 every Wednesday at 22:15 clock. After ProSieben was not satisfied with the ratings of the first season, the second season was seen from March 4 to May 13, 2011 at the sixx. The transmitter was from 21 September to 23 November 2012, the third season of the series.
In Switzerland, the first season ran from 30 August to 10 September 2010 SF two. In addition, the first season in Austria was on display from September 12, 2011, one ORF.
