Hayam Wuruk

Hayam Wuruk (* 1334, † 1389 ) was King of the Majapahit Empire, the last great Hindu empire in the Malay Archipelago.

From 1350 until his death he ruled as king with his prime minister Gajah Mada Rajasanagara, who led the Empire until 1364. In 1377, his troops defeated the Buddhist Srivijaya in Sumatra.
