HC Metulla

The HC Metulla is an Israeli ice hockey club from Metulla, which was founded in 1996 and plays in the Israeli league. The home games are played in the Canada Centre.

History

The Hockey Association was founded in 1996 calendar year won the 1999 its first Israeli championship. The 2009/10 season was finished in fourth place. In the season 2010/11 the second championship title was won.

In addition, the club took at the 1999 edition of the IIHF Continental Cup part. In a group of Dunaújvárosi Acélbikák, HK Bled and Jesenice HK, the team lost in the first round all their three matches with double-digit results. The highest defeat resulted in the game against the HK Jesenice, the team was defeated by 1:16 and scored in the tournament only two hits.
