HD 125612 b

HD 125612 b is an exoplanet, the yellow dwarf HD 125612 orbits every 502 days. Due to its high mass is assumed that it is a gas planet.

Discovery

As the majority of exoplanets was also discovered that using the radial velocity method. The planet was by Debra Fischer et al. discovered in 2007.

Circulation and mass

The planet orbits its star at a distance of about 1.2 astronomical units and has a mass of about 1017 Earth masses, or 3.2 Jupiter masses.
