HD 70573 b

HD 70573 b is an extrasolar planet, the yellow dwarf HD 70573 orbits every 851.8 days. Due to its high mass is assumed that it is a gas planet.

Discovery

As the majority of exoplanets was also discovered that using the radial velocity method. The planet was by Johny Setiawan et al. discovered in 2007.

Circulation and mass

The planet orbits its star at a distance of approximately 1.76 astronomical units at an eccentricity of 0.40 and a minimum mass of about 6.1 Jupiter masses ( about 1900 Earth masses ).
