Head over Heels (2012 film)

Head Over Heels is a British animated short film by Timothy Reckart from the year of 2012.

Action

The couple Madge and Walter has grown apart over the years. Although they live in a house, but he lives on the ground, while she lives on the ceiling. Can they drop something, it falls to Walter. The refrigerator has two doors and is always grumpy drawn from both up and down, while the wedding photo each claimed for himself and always turns around so that it is upside down for the other. They talk, they have long gone together.

One day Walter wants to watch TV while vacuuming Madge. In this case, an antenna of the television goes off, who wants to fix Walter. Production

Head Over Heels came within 15 months as the closing film stretching Arts during the Master studies at the National Film and Television School in London. He was animated in claymation stop-motion. The film premiered on May 24, 2012, the International Film Festival in Cannes, 2012.

Although the film has no dialogue, give Madge and Walter sounds. Madge was voiced by Rayyah McCaul and Walter by Nigel Anthony.

Awards

Head Over Heels won the 2012 Jury Prize of the Brazilian film festival Anima Mundi. In 2013 he received an Annie Award for " Best Student Film" and the Cartoon d'Or Best European short animated film. Head Over Heels was also nominated in 2013 for Best Animated Short Film for an Oscar in the category.
