Heinz Fromm

Heinz Fromm ( * July 10, 1948 in Frieda ) was State Secretary of the Hessian Ministry of the Interior and Director of the State Office for State Protection Hesse. From June 2000 until 31 July 2012 Fromm was president of the Federal Office for Protection of the Constitution.

Life and career

After studying law at the Justus -Liebig- University Giessen, he for a traineeship at the Regional Court of Kassel graduated in 1975 with the Second State Examination, Fromm joined in 1979 as an officer in the Professional category in the administration of justice in the country of Hesse, a. 1991-1993, he was director of the State Office for State Protection Hesse.
