Helin

The lake is regulated.

The lake Helin is in Norwegian municipalities Vestre Slidre and Vang in Oppland Fylke. The lake feeds the hydroelectric plant Åbjøra Kraftverk.

1930 a 35- km ² area between the lakes Helin and Syndin was declared a " National Botanic Park". Today, the reserve is named Helin planned park.
