Henry Brauner

Henry George Valencia Brown ( born May 10, 1984 in Quezon City, Philippines ) is a Filipino- American football player at the position of midfielder.

Career

Youth and club career

Born in the Philippines, Brown was still in infancy in the United States and grew up in Tucson, Arizona. In 2004 he began his studies at Pima Community College in Pima County, Arizona. In 2005 he moved to the Worcester State College, where he was elected at the Worcester State Lancers, the sports department of the college, the same year the " All- MASCAC men's soccer team ." In his 17 games with the team, he scored four goals and had six assists. In 2006, then followed by another transfer Brauner. This time it was for him to the University of Arizona, where he was in the soccer team for use in the Arizona Wildcats, the university sports department. Due to the good performance and the Philippine Football Federation became aware of the native Filipinos during this time.

After Brown had finished his studies in 2007, he moved in 2008 to the New Hampshire Phantoms in the USL Premier Development four-year North American League, where he came in the only season with the club on only three bets and thereby completed exactly 180 minutes of play. His 45 -minute team debut in the season opener on 3 May 2008 in a 1-1 away draw against Long Iceland Rough Riders, as he was the entire second half in use followed for the 1.78 m wide midfielder next on matchday one use over the full duration of the 2-1 home win over the Cape Cod Crusaders. Internationally

Brauner's international career began in the U-23 national team of his native country in the squad he was in his early college days. Already in November 2006 Brown was appointed for the first time in the senior national squad of the Philippines for the qualification for the ASEAN Football Championship 2007. However, a former application failed because, as problems with Brauner's passport and thus his eligibility to play occurred.

When the Philippine national football team has successfully qualified for the ASEAN Championship in Singapore and Thailand, the midfielder was called a second time the national team. Previously, he was killed in a friendly against Singapore on January 7, 2007 on his international debut. In the 4-1 away defeat Brown came on in the 87th minute for Anton Gonzales. To date (April 2010) this remained his only A-National team effort. In March 2009 he was nominated for the qualifiers for the AFC Challenge Cup 2010 once again in the national team of the Philippines.

Time as a youth coach

In 2008 Brown, who owns the USSF D coaching license, worked as a coach at FC Puma Soccer Academy in the U.S. state of Massachusetts. Around the same time he came back to his old place of learning, to the Pima Community College, where he works frequently as a volunteer assistant coach.
