Henry St. John Thackeray
Henry St. John Thackeray (* 1869, † June 30, 1930 ) was a British scholar at King's College, University of Cambridge. He was an expert in the Koine, that is, the Greek language of the Hellenistic period, Flavius Josephus, whose writings he translated into English and published, and the Septuagint.

He also contributed in 1900 to publish book An Introduction to the Old Testament in Greek ( An Introduction to the Old Testament in Greek) in an annex to the letter of Aristeas to the Henry Barclay Swete by the scholar ( 1835-1917 ).
