Herbert A.E. Böhme

Herbert AE Böhme ( born September 7, 1897 in Breslau, † June 29, 1984 in Hamburg ) was a German actor, synchronous and radio speaker.

Life

He studied German and stood in 1922 in his hometown of Breslau for the first time on stage. Other stage stations were Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, Bremen, Leipzig, Chemnitz and Wuppertal. From 1924 he worked as one of the first actors for radio.

Since 1936, Böhme was involved in feature films, often as an officer in propaganda productions. His most significant role was the title character in Arnold Fanck A Robinson was shipwrecked. In the rider movie ... rides for Germany with lead actor Willy Birgel he played the coach. In 1940 he represented the Old Shatterhand at the Karl May Festival in Werder.

By the harbor police series Boehme came as police chief Lühr in the 1960s to new popularity. He also played at the Hamburg stage and in Basel and Bern, worked as a voice actor and starred in numerous radio plays, such as 1959 under the direction of Eduard Hermann in the Paul Temple radio play Paul Temple and the Spencer or in the same year in the Season 3 of the series allow, my name is Cox, at the SO Wagner the line held.
