Hermann Löhlein

Christian Adolf Hermann Löhlein ( born May 26, 1847 in Coburg, † November 25, 1901 in Gießen ) was a German gynecologist.

Löhlein studied in Jena and Berlin. In 1870 he received his doctorate. From 1875 to 1888 he was Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Friedrich- Wilhelms- University of Berlin. Since 1888 he was Chair | o Professor at the Hessian Ludwigs- University, director of the University Women's Hospital and Secret Medizinalrat.
