The Hersheypark Arena (formerly Hershey Sports Arena ) is a multi-purpose arena in Hershey, Pennsylvania ( USA), which was built in 1936 and can accommodate up to 8,000 spectators. Operators of the stadium is the Hershey Entertainment and Resorts Company.

History

Under the name Hershey Sports Arena, the stadium was originally built for the American Hockey League franchise Hershey Bears as pure ice rink. It was only in 2002 settled the Hershey Bears to neighboring, larger and more advanced Giant Center and Hersheypark Arena since the use only as a training hall.
