Hesdin
Hesdin ( pronunciation: [ edɛ ], dutch Heusden ) is the capital of the eponymous canton in the arrondissement of Montreuil in Pas- de -Calais, in the Nord -Pas -de -Calais. The municipality is situated on the Canche, near the confluence of the Ternoise.
Hesdin has 2182 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011), and the canton 11,000 inhabitants.
