Hideki Kamiya

Hideki Kamiya (Japanese神 谷 英 树, Hideki Kamiya, born December 19, 1970 in Matsumoto ) is a Japanese video game developer, and was an employee at Capcom and Clover Studio.

He is currently known for Platinum Games, previously under the name of Seeds. He first worked as a Planner at the original Resident Evil and was the director of Resident Evil 2 He is primarily known for Devil May Cry and Viewtiful Joe, where he also worked as a director. In 2006, Kamiya was mainly responsible for the acclaimed game Ōkami. He also synchronized Godot in the Japanese version of Gyakuten Saiban 3

Platinum Games announced that Sega will publish three games from them. This includes the game Bayonetta by Kamiya. It is described as "stylish action game " with "a witch battling angels".
