Hilary Baumann Hacker

Hilary Baumann Hacker ( born January 10, 1913 in New Ulm, Minnesota, USA; † 6 November 1990) was bishop of Bismarck.

Life

Hilary Baumann Hacker received on 4 June 1938, the sacrament of Holy Orders.

On December 29, 1956, he was named by Pope Pius XII. Bishop of Bismarck. The Archbishop of Saint Paul, William Otter Well Brady, gave him on 27 February 1957, the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were the Bishop of Crookston, Francis Joseph Schenk, and the Bishop of Boise City, James Joseph Byrne.

On June 28, 1982 Hilary Baumann Hacker resigned as Bishop of Bismarck.
