Hilton Warsaw

The Hilton Hotel (more precisely: Hilton Warsaw Hotel & Convention Centre ) in Warsaw is a 5 -star hotel with an attached conference center. It is one of the tallest buildings in the city and was the first Hilton hotel in Poland. The entertaining conference center is the largest of Warsaw.

Location

The high-rise is located outside the city center in the Wola district. The address is Ulica Grzybowska 63, the object is located at the intersection Grzybowska with Ulica Wronia. History

Investor of the hotel building was the Hilton Hotels & Resorts group about their Polish subsidiary HGC SA, for the architecture, the project office Kazimierski & Ryba was ( Polish: Biuro Projektów Kazimierski i Ryba sp.j. ) responsible. As a developer, the company acted Atlas Estates, which also operates in a joint venture hotel with Hilton Hotels. On 16 September 2004, the foundation stone was laid, topping out ceremony was celebrated on 21 July 2005 and the opening of the hotel took place on 19 March 2007. The total investment is estimated at 53 million euros. The building has 26 floors, of which 21 are above ground. The total height is 94 meters.

The hotel offers 314 rooms and suites. The conference center has a total area of 3,000 square meters. In addition to a 4,500 -square-foot, powered by Holmes Place health club with 25-meter swimming pool, the building houses the Casino "Olympic", two bars and a restaurant " Meza ". The underground car park can accommodate 350 vehicles. The hotel's facade is clad in ceramic components, aluminum and glass.

The Hilton Hotel is the first high-rise building of a group that will arise in this street district. The developer of the other objects is also the company Atlas Estates.

Trivia
