HMS Ardent (1894)

HMS Ardent (1894 ) was one of three torpedo boat destroyers and Type of ship Ardent- class of the Royal Navy. Her sister ships were HMS Boxer and HMS Bruizer.

The boat was launched on October 16, 1894 at the shipyard of John Isaac Thornycroft in Chiswick from the stack.

After putting the Ardent the Mediterranean Fleet was assigned as escort ship for the flagship HMS Ramillies. Their main purpose was to train as many heaters of the fleet in the operation of water -tube boilers.

In 1911, the Ardent has been made and scrapped out of service.
