Geography

Hödingen is located around 4.5 km south-east of Weferlingen between Lappwald and Drömling. For area is part of the Hödinger forest in which the deserted village Nievoldhagen is.

History

In 1910, 620 residents lived in Hödingen. From 1994 to January 1, 2005 was Hödingen to manage Community Weferlingen, from 2005 to December 31, 2009 to manage Community Flechtingen.
