Hogeschool Sint-Lukas Brussel

The campus Sint -Lukas Brussel is a Dutch-speaking university campus in the Belgian capital Brussels. The university campus is home to approximately 1,000 students and the buildings are located in the Paleizenstraat in Schaerbeek. Since September 2012, the college campus is named LUCA Campus Sint -Lukas Brussel

History

The formerly independent university founded in 1880 and was nearly 100 years, the only Flemish art school in Brussels. In 2008/2009 she was due to falling below the prescribed number of students of the Hogeschool voor Wetenschap & Kunst ( W & K), and has since continued as a campus Sint -Lukas Brussel. W & K offers around 3,800 students on six campus facilities in the cities of Brussels, Ghent and Leuven around 30 art and architecture courses at. In September 2012, the W & K was renamed LUCA School of Arts.
