Holasovice

Holasovice ( German Cross Village ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located ten kilometers northwest of the center of Opava and belongs to Okres Opava.

Geography

Holasovice is located on the right bank of Oppa at the state border with Poland in Moravian-Silesian Region. In the north- east of the village, the Czech territory extends to an uninhabited area on the left side of the river that forms the border otherwise. With the southern neighboring Neplachovice Holasovice forms a coherent settlement area.

History
