Horrebow (crater)

24.98

Horrebow is a small crater in the northwest of the lunar front side between the wall plane of the J. Herschel and the northern edge of Mare Frigoris. To the west lies the small crater Robinson. The rim is only slightly eroded. The northeastern edge covers the almost equally large secondary craters Horrebow A.

The crater was officially named by the IAU in 1935 after the Danish astronomer Peder Horrebow.
