Hortensio Fucil
Hortensio Fucil Herrera ( born February 8, 1939) is a former Venezuelan track and field athlete, who was in 1964 with the 4 x 100 - meter relay at the Olympic finals.
1962 at the Central American and Caribbean Games Fucil stepped up to the 400 -meter run and won silver behind the Jamaicans George Kerr. At the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 1964 Fucil difference over 400 meters already made in the flow. With the sprint relay in the cast Arquímedes Herrera, Lloyd Murad, Rafael Romero and Hortensio Fucil he reached the final and ran 39.54 seconds in 6th place
At a height of 1.78 m his competition weight was 76 kg.
