Hosston is a town in Caddo Parish in the U.S. state of Louisiana. Covering an area of ​​more than seven square kilometers, about 300 people live.

Geography

Hosston is in the northwest of the state of Louisiana, located approximately 15 km from the northern border with Arkansas and the western border with Texas. Nearby Cities are Vivian (11,5 km west), Plain Dealing (18,3 km east) and Oil City ( 24.7 km southwest ).

The 2000 census showed a total population of 387 people, spread over 152 households and 101 families.
