Howard - the Duck (Original Title: Howard the Duck) is an American science-fiction comedy film from 1986, based on a Marvel comic book series by Steve Gerber ( 1947-2008 ). Directed by Willard Huyck.
Action
A loss of control experiment promoted the humanoid duck Howard from their home planet to Earth. The alien learns the people do not know their best side, until he meets the young, attractive singer Beverly. She introduces him to the lab assistants Phil, who is initially more interested in a Nobel Prize, Howard to help than to return to his homeland. In Beverly and Howard got into a fight, after which their paths separate for the time being.
The drake looks for a job. Because of its appearance it is sent as an alleged " water expert" in a brothel, to purify among others, the outflows of spa tubs - but while we are still amused by it. Howard announces and lands in a desolate bar in the Beverly and her band occur. He brings the manager to release the band from their adhesion contract and reconciles with Beverly. Jennings is willing to help Howard, but fails the process again and an alien, self-appointed demon takes possession of Jenning. After fleeing from the police he kidnapped Beverly. The demon wants to transfer to the laser, the Howard and already brought him to the ground, another alien in Beverly's body.
