Hrušovany (Chomutov District)

Hrušovany ( German Hruschowan ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located on the right side of the Hutná on a plateau ten kilometers south of Chomutov and belongs to Okres Chomutov.

History

The first mention dates back to 1209. 1415 a part of the village probably Heysso of Kazel, 1516 Georg Opole is mentioned later Bohuslav Felix Lobkowicz, 1604 is the village to which the imperial administration in Chomutov, 1620 means the owner of Nicholas of high living, 1623 Florian follows Diony of Schra. After the Thirty Years' War Hruschowan came with Tenetitz to Messrs. Negroni of giants Bach. Beginning of the 18th century take on the peasant village.
