Huai'an County

The circle Huai'an (Chinese怀 安县, Pinyin Huai'an Xiàn ) is a district of Zhangjiakou prefecture-level city in the Chinese province of Hebei. It has an area of 1,706 square kilometers and counts 240,000 inhabitants (2006). Its main town is the large village Zhaigoubao柴沟 堡镇. Huai'an to the west of Zhangjiakou, bordering the Shanxi Province and Inner Mongolia.

The Zhaohua Temple ( Zhaohua昭化 寺si ) in Huai'ancheng since 2001 has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China ( 5-210 ).
