The Humber River is a river in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

It is about 120 km long and flows through the Long Range Mountains in the west of the island of Newfoundland. It first flows in a southeasterly, then in a south-westerly direction. He flows through the Lake Deer Lake and finally flows in Corner Brook in the Humber Arm, a bay side of the Bay of Islands.
