Hünenberg
Hünenberg is a municipality in the canton train. It is embedded in the pre-Alpine landscape between Lake Zug and the Reuss. In the West, giant mountain bordering the canton of Aargau and in the north to the Canton of Zurich.

Economy
Giant mountain is part of the economic region ZugWest. In the town is the seat of the Odlo Sports Group, a manufacturer of sportswear.
Traffic
Since December 2004 giant mountain is served by the S1 line of the light rail train to the rail-based public transport network. Bus Zugerland transport services connect the city with Cham and Red Cross. Cham has a station on the railway train to Lucerne. The travel time by train is 7 minutes.
Through the village Main road 368 East of the village runs the A4/A14.
Attractions
- North of the village is 1475, inaugurated late gothic pilgrimage church of St. Wolfgang.
- The order in 1173 for the first time documentary mentioned Hünenberg Castle, now in ruins lies southwest of the village on a wooded hill.
- The vines chapel, which was built in 1762 instead of a cross.
