Hyperion Entertainment

Hyperion Entertainment is a Belgian company with headquarters in Brussels, which was founded in March 1999, initially mainly dealt with porting popular games on Mac OS, Linux and Amiga. Later, the acquisition of AmigaOS Development was added.

Operating system AmigaOS

Since 2001, the company works on behalf of Amiga Inc., together with a group - mostly voluntary - developers in the development of the operating system AmigaOS on PowerPC based hardware. First, the system for the AmigaOne the British company Eyetech was available. Since 2009, Hyperion own rights to OS4.
